De tweede editie van The Noise Of Holland richt zich in tegenstelling tot de bijna gelijknamige talentshow op artistieke inhoud. Noise? Experimenteel? Kunst? Alles komt hier samen. The Noise Of Holland presenteert bekende en minder bekende artiesten in en rondom een underground circuit waarbij voorbij gegaan wordt aan de regels die ooit verzonnen zijn om muziek te definiëren.
