Kylesa- To walk a middle course The first time I put it on I thought, what the fuck, where are the guitars? It's still the same old Kylesa I love, with heavy and rocking songs. The main change is the sound, the first album was one big mess of sounds. Here it's more clear, so you can hear all instruments really well, but they fucked it up a bit by putting the vocals super loud in the mix. And let's face it, Kylesa are not Damad, their vocals aren't their strongest point. We need guitars here to rattle our bodies! Still a great album though, really good songs and playing. Love this!
